Welcome to KvT Vocal Tuition
Hello! Thanks so much for checking out KvT Vocal Tuition. I’m Kirsten, a specialist children’s singing and drama teacher with over 15 years’ experience working with young people. I teach from my home studio near Market Bosworth, UK, as well as online.
I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, understood and genuinely excited to be there. Every child is different, so my lessons are tailored around the individual - their personality, their interests, their confidence and what they’d like to achieve. Whether your child dreams of performing on stage, wants to work towards exams and auditions, or simply loves to sing, my aim is to help them develop their skills and confidence while having a lot of fun along the way.

Why choose KvT Vocal Tuition?
We understand that it can feel overwhelming when considering the best route for your child. Online lessons especially are readily available at the click of a button, so here are some helpful comparisons to show you what makes KvT Vocal Tuition so special.
OTHER TUTORS
1. Left to practice alone. Practice between lessons is largely left to the pupil.
2. A traditional lesson format may not suit every child's personality or learning style.
3. Fixed cancellation policies can make unexpected family life difficult to manage.
4. A one-size-fits-all approach may miss the small things that help an individual child thrive.
5. No opportunities to perform. Performance and exam opportunities aren't always part of private tuition.
THE KvT DIFFERENCE
1. Supported practice. A personalised practice plan and resources are sent home after every lesson.
2. Lessons children enjoy. Fun, energetic sessions designed to build confidence and bring out each pupil's personality.
3. Family-friendly flexibility. Up to 3 lessons per block of 10 can be rearranged when life gets in the way.
4. Truly individual tuition. 15+ years' experience with children, with teaching adapted sensitively to each pupil's needs.
5. Opportunities beyond lessons. Exams, festivals and competitions — with a 100% exam pass rate over 15+ years.
